It features 8 Performance cores and 12 Efficient cores for a total of 20 cores and 20 threads — Arrow Lake E-cores do not support Hyper-Threading. The "K" suffix indicates it is unlocked for overclocking. Unlike the KF variants, the 265K includes integrated Intel Graphics for display output without a discrete GPU. Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 identifies and boosts the fastest cores for single-threaded workloads. This platform is DDR5-only with support for up to DDR5-6400 with overclocking.
