TechFinder UK supplies genuine products sourced through established UK suppliers and distribution partners.
SECTION 2 – Access to Our Website
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
You agree that all information provided when placing an order or creating an account is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out using your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts where fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity is suspected.
SECTION 3 – Products & Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

- Manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging or accessories without prior notice.
- Colours may appear differently depending on your display settings.
- Product availability may change without notice.
While we regularly update stock information, availability cannot be guaranteed until your order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where necessary.
SECTION 4 – Orders
When you place an order through TechFinder UK, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
Orders are accepted only after:
- payment has been successfully authorised,
- stock availability has been confirmed,
- and your order has entered our fulfilment process.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:
- pricing or listing errors,
- unavailable stock,
- suspected fraudulent activity,
- suspected unauthorised transactions,
- compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

All prices displayed on the TechFinder UK website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP £).
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include applicable UK VAT.
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
Payment must be made in full using one of the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other supported payment providers, including PayPal where available. Available payment methods may vary and are clearly displayed during checkout.
TechFinder UK does not directly store customers' complete payment card details. Payment information is handled securely by the applicable payment provider.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an order is cancelled because of an obvious pricing error after payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
SECTION 6 – Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed by TechFinder UK during normal business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM UK time. Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends or on UK public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
Customers can typically expect to receive their order within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
Orders are delivered using tracked delivery services. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched, where available.
Delivery estimates may occasionally vary due to courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
TechFinder UK currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
SECTION 7 – Returns & Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our published Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers should read the Refund Policy before placing an order.
Where products are faulty, damaged or not as described, customers are entitled to the protections provided under applicable UK consumer legislation.
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights.
