At TechFinder UK, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
We extend this to 30 days from the date of delivery as a goodwill gesture.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

The item must be in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The item must not have been installed or used beyond what is necessary to inspect it
Please note: computer hardware that has been installed, configured, or used beyond initial inspection may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, unless the item is faulty.
Returns must be sent to our registered business address listed below.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will:

Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you

Offer a full refund or replacement once the item has been received and verified
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives non-functional, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and provide a replacement or full refund once the issue is confirmed.
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive, please contact us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under the terms above.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
