Shipping Within the United Kingdom

TechFinder UK currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS.

There is no minimum order value required for free standard delivery, and no standard delivery charge is added at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

Customers can typically expect to receive their order within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UK Time), on weekends or public holidays, will usually begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Delivery Services

We use established UK delivery providers and tracked delivery services. The courier used may vary depending on the order, destination, parcel size and service availability.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before completing your order.

TechFinder UK may not be responsible for delays or failed delivery to the extent that they are directly caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer during checkout. Nothing in this section limits our responsibilities under applicable UK consumer law.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to customers within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
