The AK400 WH uses four copper heat pipes in a direct-touch configuration, eliminating an intermediate base plate for efficient heat transfer directly from the CPU IHS. The matrix fin array improves airflow through the heatsink for better dissipation. The 120mm FDB fan ramps down at low load for near-silent operation and spins up under full load for maximum cooling. All-metal mounting bracket with five-step installation process for Intel and AMD platforms included.
